Job Description

Our fast-growing, national e-commerce business, Thermosoft Australia, is currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team.

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing the sales pipeline. This includes adjusting quotes, conducting discovery calls, providing pre- and post-sales reminders, and delivering sales administrative support. By doing so, you will help ensure that our Sales Consultants can maximize their time and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that all leads are followed up and updated promptly.
– Monitor the centralized sales email inbox, always looking for ways to assist our prospects and customers, and help them place orders.
– Generate estimates for client orders and meet your estimation quotas.
– Adjust existing quotes on behalf of the Sales Consultants and send them out to customers promptly.
– Conduct discovery calls and provide pre- and post-sales reminders to customers.
– Provide sales administrative support, such as follow-up calls and emails, and keep track of customer information and orders.
