We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant will assist the marketing team in their daily operations, which includes handling administrative tasks, managing customer queries, and supporting sales activities. The ideal candidate for this role should have a customer service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Customer Service:** Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. **Sales Support:** Assist the sales team in their activities, including preparing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
3. **Order Processing:** Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and timely.
4. **Database Management:** Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
5. **Product Knowledge:** Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide detailed information to customers and team members.
6. **Communication:** Liaise with other company functions necessary to ensure sales orders are managed effectively.
7. **Reporting:** Track sales data and maintain sales reports to assist in strategic planning.
8. **Team Collaboration:** Participate in sales team meetings and brainstorming sessions to identify ways to improve sales performance.
9. **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
**Requirements:**
1. **Experience:** Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or similar sales/customer service role.
2. **Product Knowledge:** Familiarity with product details, specifications, and industry trends.
3. **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
4. **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. **Organization:** Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. **Customer Service:** Strong customer service skills with a customer-oriented approach.
7. **Team Player:** Ability to function well as part of a team.
8. **Problem-Solving:** Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues in a timely manner.
