We work with clients like Google, Spotify, Visa and so on to produce company swag and company merchandise for them. We make it easier for them to do this by removing all the friction involved in sourcing and producing their company merch. But it doesn’t end there – we also provide automated fulfilment and warehousing services to go with it, so they can store all their swag with us and ship it anywhere in the world, as and when they need, without lifting a finger. This saves them costs, time, and plenty of headaches as our existing clients will tell you. Boxaroo has offices and warehouses in Singapore and Spain, and has plans to open more globally. We prefer the long-term over the short-term. We maintain unreasonably high standards. We are customer obsessed. **ROLE**

In this fully remote role, you will be a well-organized Sales Assistant, supporting our Sales and Account Managers in closing sales and providing after-sales service. Your contribution will be pivotal in our sales efforts, ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include aiding in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, crafting engaging product mockups using Adobe Illustrator or Sketch, assisting Sales Managers in closing deals, overseeing the sending and returning of product samples, managing the Boxaroo inbound channels by promptly addressing inquiries, and assisting the sales team with day-to-day operations such as order processing and customer inquiries.

**REQUIREMENTS**

– 2+ years of relevant experience in sales support.
– Practical knowledge of tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe photoshop and Sketch.
– A growth mindset is very important. Be willing to learn and grow every day, and enjoy the challenges that come your way.
– Customer service-oriented mindset, prioritizing the client’s needs above all.
– Keen attention to detail is crucial.
– Tech-savvy, capable of quickly learning and using new programs such as Illustrator, Google Sheets, and CRM System.
– Must have a stable internet connection at home, or wherever you choose to work from remotely.
– Maintains a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
