Introduction:
We are seeking a friendly, determined and personable Sales Assistant to join our team!
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing the sales pipeline, adjusting quotes, conducting discovery calls, providing pre and post-sales reminders, and delivering sales administrative support to ensure that our Sales Consultants can maximise their time with closing deals.

This is a full-time remote position with a monthly rate of 38k pesos.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that all leads are followed up and updated on time.
– Manage the centralised sales email inbox, constantly looking for ways to help our prospects and customers, and assist them with putting in orders.
– Create estimations for client orders and meet your estimation quotas.
– Conduct discovery calls and provide pre and post-sales reminders to customers.
– Provide sales administrative support such as follow-up calls and emails, keeping track of customer information and orders.
– Adjust existing quotes on behalf of the Sales Consultants and send them out to customers immediately.
Requirements:
– The ideal candidate should have at least 2 – 5 years of experience in sales, sales admin, sales support and/or any sales-related positions through phone or in-person.
– You should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to communicate and collaborate with other sales assistants and sales consultants.
Characteristics / Skills:
– Not a rookie no more! You should have a basic understanding of sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.
– Speak English and tech fluently for sales domination! You should have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and love picking up the phone to speak with our customers and our team. You should also be tech-savvy enough to use popular and basic software like MS Office, Google Suite, CRMs, Notion, and the likes.
– Collaborate to Elevate! You should be able to work collaboratively with other sales assistants and sales consultants.
– Organize like a pro and keep orders in flow! You should be able to keep track of customer information and orders.
– Catch mistakes before they catch you! You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify mistakes before they become problems.
– Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome! Sales assistants should be able to adapt to changing circumstances and work well under pressure.
– Win over customers with your charm and keep data in your arm! A successful sales assistant should be able to build rapport with customers, make them feel comfortable and always keep in mind the information that needs to be gathered.
