In this role you will be working alongside our Sales Manager to deliver quick and accurate estimates and generate new work opportunities for our team.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Generating accurate estimates in a timely manner.
Keeping up to date customer information in our CRM software.
Providing administrative assistance to the sales manager.
Performing lead generation to maintain a comprehensive list of prospects.
Periodically cycling through our list of prospects and reaching out to them for estimating opportunities
Performing yearly Re-Estimating of recurring work
Performing follow-ups with customers who have had their work completed to ensure customer satisfaction

Basic Requirements:
Working hours are from 8am – 4:30pm Central Standard Time, Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week.
A laptop / computer with a second screen set up
Headset / headphones / webcam for video meetings
Mouse and keyboard

Job Specific Requirements:
Able to work from 8am – 4:30pm CST to create estimates and work alongside our sales manager.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
Experienced in professional communications and customer service.
Friendly, reliable, organized, detail-oriented and self motivated.
Minimum of 2 Years experience in Customer Service.
Minimum of 2 Years experience in Sales and/or Estimating.
Minimum of 2 Years experience as an Administrative Assistant
Proven ability to be organized and problem solve on the job.
Willing and able to learn our Sales, Estimating and other new software as needed.
Fit into our performance culture and strive toward growth and improvement.
Willingness to learn about the services we offer. (Window cleaning, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, pressure washing and more!).
