Job Description:
As a Sales Assistant – Data Entry and Prospecting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently handle data entry tasks, prospecting emails, client correspondence, and extracting relevant information from other payroll software systems. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
-Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity of information in our systems.
-Conduct prospecting activities, including drafting and sending targeted emails to potential clients.
-Assist with client correspondence, promptly responding to inquiries and providing necessary information.
-Extract and compile data from various payroll software systems to support sales and reporting requirements.
-Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client interactions, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
-Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and achieve department goals.
-Adhere to company guidelines and processes, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications:
-Prior experience in data entry or related roles, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional and engaging emails.
-Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data manipulation and analysis.
-Familiarity with prospecting tools and techniques to identify and engage potential clients.
-Experience with payroll software systems, enabling you to extract and manage relevant data.
-Self-motivated and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
-Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
