We’re hiring a Sales Assistant for a Senior Account Executive at a fast-growing tech startup. This Sales Assistant will build a list of prospective customers, send out outreach emails, manage leads in the CRM, and send pre/post sales calls emails on behalf of the Account Executive.

SALARY RANGE:
PHP 40,000 – 60,000 per month

THE ROLE:
– Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo/Apollo, Hubspot, Outreach, etc., to generate leads and build lists of companies based on specified parameters.
– Execute templated email outreach and handle responses proficiently, leveraging tools like Hubspot, Apollo, Outreach, or similar platforms. Client-provided templates/scripts will be utilized.
– Create and send templated pre/post call emails to leads on behalf of the Account Executive.
– Upload, organize, and regularly update leads in Hubspot to ensure streamlined processes.
– Support the Account Executive with sales call preparation.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in Prospecting and Lead Generation utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoominfo, or equivalent.
– At least 1 year of experience in utilizing list-building tools effectively.
– At least 2 years of experience and proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with a preference for Hubspot.
– Experience in crafting compelling email copy and templates.
– Experience building outreach playbook by experimenting and documenting proven outreach activities.
– Should be extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, proactive, resourceful, team player, and complete deliverables on time
– Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
– Must have worked in the graveyard/night shift schedule in the last 6 months following any timezone in the US
– Ability to work within the US Central Time (CT) zone.
