About Us:
Connex Partners is a sixteen-year-old business information firm based in New York City’s financial district. We consult with Human Capital Leaders from Fortune 1000 Corporations and the vendors that serve them. We’re seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant / Call Setter to join our team.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Assistant / Call Setter, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize the calendar of our sales personnel by scheduling meetings with executives at other companies. The majority of this role involves making phone calls to set appointments and follow up with contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
– Calendar Management: Schedule meetings with executives for the sales team.
– Phone Communication: Make a high volume of outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with contacts.
– Automated Tasks: Follow pre-planned and automated tasks, including:
– Sending pre-templated emails
– Communicating and sending InMails on LinkedIn
– Scheduling appointments via email and phone
– Preparing templated forms for manager review
– Internal Collaboration: Participate in meetings with your manager and team.

Minimum Requirements:
– Fluent English: Must have excellent written and spoken English skills.
– Experience: Previous customer service, sales, and/or telemarketing experience.
– Phone Skills: Comfortable with making a high volume of phone calls.
– Time Management: Excellent at completing tasks on time.
– Remote Work: Experience working remotely.
– Work Hours: Must be able to work East Coast office hours (7am to 6pm EST).
– Technical Requirements:
– Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
– Headset with microphone
– Dedicated workspace where Zoom background effects will work
– Personality: Pleasant, energetic, warm, and cheerful demeanor.
– Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively.
– Tech Savvy: Comfortable using web-based tools.
