Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Assistant with knowledge in crypto who will be assisting the sales executives to help close deals, follow up on existing sales leads, and get discovery calls booked.
What You’ll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)
– Manage a sales inbox and create customized follow-ups.
– Respond to consistent inbound activity ranging from general inquiries to closing deals
– Assist other Inside Sales Account Managers
– Investigate and analyze client needs to evaluate available options and customized solutions
– Research, identify and follow up with new prospects
– Create and manage processes such as target setting, forecasting, and pipeline analytics in Hubspot
– Coordinate with a global team on a regular basis
– Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance metrics
– Strengthen your stories with research, data, and a healthy dose of experimentation.
– Look at performance metrics to better understand what works and what doesn’t.

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)
– Solid analytic, problem-solving and interpersonal skills working with sales teams
