Our agency is seeking a Sales Manager who will be instrumental in elevating our growth trajectory. As the Sales Manager, you will spearhead lead generation, client management, and closing deals while representing our agency.

Responsibilities:

Qualify and Vet Inbound Leads: Assess and prioritize incoming leads to focus on high-potential prospects.
CRM Lead Management: Efficiently manage leads through our CRM system to ensure a streamlined process.
Outreach to Qualified Leads: Serve as the face of our agency, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs.
Present Pitch Decks and Q&A: Share compelling pitch decks and provide essential information to guide leads toward closure.
Maintain Lead Databases: Organize and track lead sources for future reference and strategy improvement.
Submit Sales Pipeline Reports: Provide comprehensive reports outlining the status of the sales pipeline.
Coordinate Client Handoff: Facilitate a smooth transition for clients from the sales phase to the fulfillment team.
Requirements:

Proven Sales and lead Generation Experience: Demonstrated track record in lead generation, sales, and vetting processes.
Exceptional Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, selling, and communication abilities are essential.
Fluency in English: Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
Self-Sufficiency and Organization: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
Punctuality and Responsibility: Dependable, accountable, and an effective communicator.
