Position Overview:
The Sales Assistant (Meeting Setter) will be responsible for cold outreach via phone to potential clients, setting meetings, and contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline. This role is crucial in ensuring our sales team can focus on closing deals and building relationships with investors. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, energetic, and has a passion for connecting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct cold outreach to potential clients via phone to generate interest in our products and services.
– Set appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
– Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and meeting schedules.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
– Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting setting targets.
– Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
– Provide feedback to the sales team on outreach success and challenges.
Qualifications:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
– Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred, but not required.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
– Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
