As part of the sales team, you will work in a client facing role to assist in the sales process from discovery to close. You will need to follow up with followups with prospects and internal team members to to communicate the progress of the proposal, set proper client expectations, resolve issues, understand the client’s needs, and communicate all of this back to the Crowdcreate team to make sure things run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)
Follow-up on deals previously created by sales reps, and get them back on a scheduled phone call with the sales reps so they always have deals.
Manage a sales inbox and create customized follow-ups.
Respond to consistent inbound activity ranging from general inquiries to closing deals
Assist other Inside Sales Account Managers
Investigate and analyze customer needs to evaluate available options and customized solutions
Research, identify and follow up with new prospects
Create and manage processes such as target setting, forecasting, and pipeline analytics in Hubspot
Coordinate with a global team on a regular basis
Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance metrics
Strengthen your stories with research, data, and a healthy dose of experimentation.
Look at performance metrics to better understand what works and what doesn’t.
What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)
Solid analytic, problem solving and interpersonal skills working with sales teams
Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment.
Minimum of 60+ WPM typing speed
Access to stable high speed internet

Responsibilities
Drive strategic planning to define strategies and tactics around marketing.
Present strategies and receive feedback on client weekly calls.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Work collaboratively with a global team.
Overview
You will be assisting the sales executives to help close deals, follow-up on existing sales leads, and get calls booked that will help grow the Crowdcreate agency.
Duties
Daily check-in’s with your sales executives – “Is there anything I can help you with today?”
Ensuring that all booked calls have proper notes
Ensuring that all no-show calls have a proper follow-up to re-engage
All prospective leads are followed up every 2 days even if the situation is not yet resolved
Coordinate client updates with the engagement marketing core team.
Manage client communications through client preferred channels.
Conduct client onboarding and kickoff calls.
Develop new initiatives based on feedback from client.
Weekly Metrics
NPS score from the client. They must verbally say we’re doing a good job every week. “On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate Crowdcreate’s performance?”
Client retention rate – We need to keep our clients every month
Monthly Spend – The more the client spends with us, the more the like their service. They should be increasing their spend
