Key Responsibilities:

Sales Follow-Up: Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to ensure continuous momentum in the sales pipeline.
Quote Preparation: Compile detailed quotes for clients, ensuring they are competitive and comprehensive.
Product Research: Conduct thorough research to identify the best products that meet customer needs, staying ahead of industry trends.
Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Whatsapp Message Monitoring: Keep an eye on Whatsapp messages to ensure swift responses to any queries or comments.
Idea Generation: Research and propose innovative ideas for clients, aiming to surpass their expectations with our product offerings.
Presentation Creation: Design engaging presentations for promotional products, showcasing options and ideas that align with client requirements.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in the promotional products and decorated apparel industry.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proficiency in English.
Familiarity with sales and customer service practices, aiming for excellence in every interaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing positively to team objectives.
Competency in using Microsoft Office applications, CRM software, and communication tools.
A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and customer service.
