We’re home to great people, a unique culture, and the ambition to have a big impact. And we’re looking for an equally special Sales Development Representative to become one of our first ‘Sales Copilots’ team.

To excel in this job, you will bring your exceptional sales skills and ability to translate industry knowledge into easily understandable information. With these skills, you will be able to effectively communicate with your audience.

In a typical day, you might:

– Research and pre-qualify prospective customers.
– Identify decision-makers and key influencers within prospects’ organizations.
– Systematically call and email prospects to discover sales opportunities and drive conversation.
– Gain commitments from prospects that ratchets the sales cycle forward.
– Collaborate with your team and manager through the inside sales process.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

– Experience working in a customer facing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
– Experience participating in cold outreach efforts to prospective customers. (e.g. senior executives)
– A track record of handling multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.

The impact you will have in 6 months:

– Establish unique understanding of assigned account patch for strategic prospecting efforts.
– Utilizing critical thinking skills to generate qualified pipeline from top strategic regional accounts.

The impact you will have in 12 months:

– Develop best-in-class strategic sales skills including the critical outbound prospecting efforts.
– Establish the skills and requirements to be promoted into a sales role.

Requirements:
* Proficient in Salesforce, Hubspot
* Fluent english, Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work remotely during US ET hours from 8 am- 5pm ad.
