We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Remote Sales Assistant with CRM experience to support our sales team and sales executive. The Sales Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination and communication between the sales team and clients. They will be responsible for managing and updating our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Responsibilities:
– Follow-up on daily and weekly tasks
– Constant communication with our Sales Executive
– Support the sales team by managing and updating the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
– Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of client information into the CRM, maintaining data integrity and cleanliness
– Assist in lead generation by researching potential clients and identifying new sales opportunities
– Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients via phone, email, or video conferencing tools
– Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with the sales team
– Assist in maintaining sales collateral and ensuring it is updated and readily available to the sales team
– Monitor and track sales metrics and provide regular reports to the sales team and management
– Assist in creating and implementing sales campaigns and initiatives
– Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring excellent customer service
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and customer support to align sales efforts and provide a seamless customer experience
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role
– CRM experience is a must
– Experience with Pipedrive is a plus
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
– Proficient in using various communication tools like email, phone, video conferencing, and instant messaging
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
– Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new systems quickly
– Availability to work remotely and maintain a reliable internet connection
– English C2 is a must
– Available full-time during EST
