Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Sales Assistant Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our sales and marketing teams, as well as assisting with recruiting tasks. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience working for a marketing agency or a recruiting agency, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This position requires working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
Responsibilities:
Booking Sales Appointments: Coordinate and manage the sales team’s calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments with potential clients. Use effective communication skills to confirm appointments and follow up with any necessary rescheduling.
Proposal Management: Assist in the creation and distribution of sales proposals. Collaborate with the sales team to gather the necessary information and resources, and then compile and format the proposals in a professional manner. Maintain a well-organized database of proposals for future reference.
Inbox Management: Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and forwarding relevant messages to the appropriate team members. Prioritize and categorize incoming emails, flagging urgent matters for immediate attention.

Email Campaign Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging email campaigns. Assist in the creation of compelling content, subject lines, and calls-to-action. Utilize email marketing platforms to schedule and send out campaigns, track metrics, and analyze performance.
Marketing Support: Provide general marketing assistance, including conducting market research, monitoring competitor activities, and preparing reports. Assist with social media management, content creation, and website updates. Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
Recruiting Assistance: Support the recruiting team by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating candidate evaluations. Assist in the creation and posting of job listings, manage applicant tracking systems, and maintain a well-organized candidate database.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working for a marketing agency or a recruiting agency is required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and proactively, while also being a collaborative team player.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
