Sales Assistant with Pipedrive and Lemlist CRM Knowledge

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to provide support to our sales team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, customer-focused individual with a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of Pipedrive and Lemlist CRM. This part-time role will require approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility for increased hours based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in managing client relationships, including responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads.
Enter, update, and maintain customer information in Pipedrive CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Help with the development and implementation of sales strategies, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets. Help holding sales accountable!
Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales reports and proposals, tracking sales data, and managing correspondence.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in using Pipedrive CRM is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated and results-driven.
