In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in managing various requests and ensuring the timely delivery of top-notch services.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide essential support in optimizing our operations, maximizing sales, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. We are looking for a candidate with outstanding communication and management skills, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail. No experience in real estate is needed. Unlimited commissions and opportunity to grow and manage entire sales team.

Responsibilities:
Daily managing text message campaigns, understand how to make comps for lots of land to make offers to Sellers, managing documents, and preparing contracts.
Very important to be able to work swift and able to make decisions on your end.
Ensure tasks are completed with timeliness and accuracy.
Coordinate promptly with Sellers to address issues and concerns.
Demonstrate a commitment to discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.

Qualifications:
Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Competence in basic applications including MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs and PDF creator and editors..
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Previous experience in the sales industry is a plus.
Must be amenable to work on 11am to 7pm EST
