About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Follow up with, engage, and qualify leads
• Strategize with team members to innovate and improve the overall sales development process
• Actively engage target accounts and their internal decision-makers in early qualification discussions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential areas for growth
• Take on other projects as directed by sales head
• Participate in professional development sessions.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Associate or similar role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Zoho or any other CRM)
