Sales Associate

Shorely Clean is a thriving residential and commercial cleaning company based in New Jersey committed to delivering exceptional service. We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to focus on driving sales and expanding our client base.

Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in growing our business by actively engaging with potential clients, managing inbound leads, and executing effective sales strategies. This position is remote and will work closely with our operations-focused virtual associate.

Responsibilities:

Closing/Converting Inbound Warm Leads:
Engage with potential clients over the phone to understand their needs and provide information about our services.
Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to convert inbound warm leads into satisfied customers.

Cold Calling Commercial Accounts:
Research and identify potential commercial accounts for business development.
Initiate outbound calls to commercial prospects, introducing our services and building relationships to secure new business opportunities.

Lead Follow-Up Management:
Maintain a systematic approach to lead follow-up, ensuring timely communication and nurturing of potential customers.
Utilize existing CRM tools to track and manage leads through the sales pipeline.

Email Marketing:
Leverage experience in email marketing to create compelling cold email campaigns targeting potential customers.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine email strategies for lead generation.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on phone-based lead conversion.
Strong cold calling skills and the ability to effectively engage with commercial accounts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management (GoHighLevel).
Experience in email marketing and the ability to create engaging email campaigns.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Extreme attention to detail.

Ability to work during Eastern time business hours, 12 PM EST – 8 PM EST M-F
Highly proficient in English (spoken and written).
