We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in helping small businesses offer competitive 401(k) plans to their employees.
Position Summary:
As a Sales and Marketing associate at Options 401k, you will be at the forefront of our mission to expand the reach of 401(k) plans for small businesses. You will be responsible for crafting persuasive email campaigns, generating leads, and successfully closing sales by securing 401(k) plan commitments. This role requires a high degree of self-motivation, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently while reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaigns: Develop and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to educate small business owners about the benefits of our 401(k) plans.
Lead Generation: Identify and target potential small business clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Sales Outreach: Connect with business owners, build relationships, and effectively communicate the value of our tailored 401(k) plans.
Closing Sales: Skillfully navigate the sales process to secure 401(k) plan commitments from small business clients.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine sales and marketing strategies that align with our mission.
Self-Management: Take ownership of your workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets without constant supervision.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to the CEO on sales and marketing performance, including key metrics and insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven track record in sales and marketing, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of email marketing, lead generation, and the sales process.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
