JOB TITLE: Sales Associate
Position: Full Time
Working Hours: 8 Hours
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
– Present products effectively, emphasizing their features and benefits, adeptly managing objections, and successfully closing sales.
– Enhance product and job knowledge by actively studying industry trends and product descriptions.
– Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing business needs and requirements.
– Accomplish sales and organizational objectives by achieving related results as necessary.
-Proficiently manage and confirm orders through chat platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
-Engage customers with a charming personality during calls, establishing rapport by comprehensively understanding their needs.
– Offer value-added solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.
– Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
– Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.
-Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after sales transactions.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference and analysis.
-Stay updated on industry developments, competitor strategies, and market trends to remain competitive in the marketplace.
-Uphold company policies and procedures while representing the brand professionally at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Competitive and willing to work on-site (Valenzuela Site)
? Must be willing to work on a shifting hours
? Requires a commitment of six days per week.
? Proficiency in typing at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute is required.
? Applicants must have prepared documentation for SSS, PAGIBIG, and PHILHEALTH.
? While experience in sales is preferred, we also welcome applicants with diverse professional backgrounds, including those without prior sales experience.
? Handy with Google workspace and other computer applications
? Effective Tagalog/ English communicator
