Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective residential and commercial customers
– Identify customer needs and sell pest control services/treatments
– Follow up with existing and potential customers to sell additional services
– Meet and exceed daily/weekly outbound call quotas
– Accurately log customer interactions and sales activity
– Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
Required Skills:
– Proven experience in outbound B2C and B2B sales
– Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills
– Ability to pitch products/services and overcome objections
– Motivated self-starter with a tenacious work ethic
– Proficiency with CRM/sales tools
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal with a neutral accent

The compensation package includes:
