Position: Sales Associate / Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Remote

Role Overview:
, a leader in personalized communication solutions producing handwritten notes at scale, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Offshore Business Development Manager to drive our sales initiatives in target industries including hospitality, financial services, eCommerce, healthcare, political fundraising, not-for-profit fundraising, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales channels, prospecting potential customers, initiating conversations, and setting up closing meetings with the founders. This role requires a proactive approach, a deep understanding of sales tools, and a proven track record in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Channel Identification: Recognize and tap into potential sales channels within target industries to expand the company’s reach and revenue.
Cold Customer Prospecting: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and reach out to potential customers in the specified industries.
Initial Customer Interaction: Take initial calls, understand customer needs specific to their industry, and position ’s offerings effectively.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule closing meetings with the founders to finalize deals.
Account Setup: Post-sale, ensure smooth onboarding of the client by setting up their account and ensuring all initial requirements are met.
Sales Tools Mastery: Efficiently use tools like HubSpot for CRM and sales funnel management.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a BDM role with a track record of closing deals, preferably in one or more of the target industries.
Proficiency in using sales tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.
Familiarity with the personalized communication industry is a plus.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

Above-market base salary.
Commission on sales.
Healthcare supplement and paid vacation after trial (90 day) period
