Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our successful eCommerce wholesale business. As a Sales Associate, your primary objective will be to assist small business owners in achieving success by providing them with high-quality inventory for their online stores. Our product range includes clothing, footwear, books, household products, costume jewelry, vinyl records, and toys.
Responsibilities:
-Generate leads: Utilize your sales skills and networking abilities to generate leads of potential customers interested in purchasing our wholesale products.
-Close sales: Work closely with the owner to convert leads into successful sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
-Provide product knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate the benefits and features to potential customers.
-Build relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
-Meet sales targets: Consistently strive to meet or exceed sales targets by actively prospecting, following up on leads, and converting them into sales.
Requirements:
-Sales experience: Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in eCommerce or wholesale, will be highly beneficial.
-Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers and build relationships.
-Self-motivated and goal-oriented: A driven individual who can work independently and has a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Product knowledge: Familiarity with the wholesale industry and an understanding of the products we offer will be advantageous.
-Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube for communication. You will use your own social media accounts upon joining our team.
Compensation:
During the 1-week trial period, your main goal will be to generate 25 leads. Each lead during the trial period will be rewarded with $2 per lead. Upon conversion of the lead into a sale, additional commission will be distributed.
Successful completion of the trial period will result in a base rate of $100 per week, in addition to generous commissions for every lead that results in a sale. The more successful sales you help close, the higher your earning potential.
