We are searching for a motivated Sales Specialist (Closer) who will be a key player in driving our sales initiatives. This role involves daily interaction with prospective and current clients, crafting effective sales communications, managing invoicing processes, and actively participating in sales strategy sessions & training via Zoom.
We are seeking someone who is comfortable making sales calls via Zoom (if needed).
Responsibilities:
Regularly attend and contribute to weekly sales strategy meetings.
Daily follow-up with customers through email to nurture leads and close sales.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for management with potential leads.
Conduct cold outreach to potential new clients to expand our customer base.
Continually seek and implement methods for sales enhancement and increased revenue.
Update the sales price list & upload content to the website, if needed (Basic knowledge of WordPress & Canva)
Facilitate sales calls, providing product information, and closing deals.
Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions.
Develop and manage effective sales templates.
Provide detailed notes on every client.
Maintain the pipeline and always look for ways to improve it.
Encourage people to join our newsletter & send out monthly promotions
Qualifications:
Excellent command of written English, with experience with selling through email.
Proven organizational skills and dedication to daily email correspondence and appointment setting.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the technology or financial services sectors.
Competency with digital communication tools like email, zoom, and GHL.
Familiar with GoHighLevel software is a plus
Compensation:
A monthly base pay of $100.
An attractive commission structure with a 7% bonus on all sales you generate each month.
**(Either get the $100 base payment or the 7% bonus on the sales you generate which ever is higher)**
Unlimited earning potential tied directly to sales achievements.
Compensation will be provided via Paypal or Wise on the 7th of every month.
Work days: Monday – Saturday (Sundays off)
20-30 hours per week
