Job Description:
We are looking for an excellent Virtual Assistant to assist in supporting our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing CRM Leads: Organize and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) leads to ensure seamless follow-ups and lead nurturing.
• Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team with potential clients.
• Generating Leads via Cold Emails: Execute cold email campaigns to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content to post on the company’s social media channels to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Conducting Online Research: Research and compile address and contact details for a given list of companies.
• Preparing Presentations: Create professional presentations according to instructions provided by the team.

Requirements:
• Education:
o High school diploma or GED required.
o Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience:
o Over three years of experience in a Virtual Assistant role or outreach
• Skills:
o Strong familiarity with the latest workplace technologies, including VoIP, online calendars, and desktop sharing.
o Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing programs.
o Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Technical Requirements:
o Must have a PC and a reliable Internet connection.
