We are looking to hire a sales & business development lead to help us consistently close more deals at our agency.
Our team of designers, developers and copywriters build world class marketing websites for startups. We are currently growing the company and need someone to work on the business development side of the business.
THE ROLE:
This role requires prospecting new potential clients, and having conversations with people who may potentially benefit from working with us. Forming partnerships with other agencies. Collaborating with the founder to devise our sales process and build a team. And spotting opportunities for us to grow the business.
This role does not require you to take sales calls – that will be handled by the company founder.
THE REQUIREMENTS
– Almost native level of spoken and written english
– Experience doing sales & business development
We are not looking to hire you based on your CV but more on your tenacity and work ethic. This role will give you a lot of freedom and your performance will be solely judged on your results.

– Negotiable base salary
