Role Description: We are seeking a Remote Appointment Setter to join our team based in the Philippines. This role is crucial for candidates with Virtual Assistant experience who are ready to specialize in sales development through cold calling. As an integral part of our sales team, you will focus on initiating contact with potential clients and setting appointments for our U.S.-based sales representatives. This fully remote position is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and play a key role in our expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients, effectively communicating Tackl’s value proposition to generate interest.
• Schedule qualified appointments for U.S. sales representatives, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication of client needs and expectations.
• Maintain a detailed log of calls, including follow-ups and client feedback, to enhance future engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine calling scripts and approaches based on target market insights.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.
• Participate in regular training sessions to update product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking style.
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role involving cold calling and appointment setting.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple schedules and tracking appointments accurately.
• Self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a preference for backgrounds in real estate or property management.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
