Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Specialist who not only has a deep passion for sales but also possesses a keen interest and enthusiasm for the e-commerce industry. This position is perfect for an individual who excels in dynamic settings and is eager to contribute significantly to our firm’s expansion and prosperity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored legal solutions.
Work closely with the management team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Maintain order and punctuality in managing the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and timely reporting to the management team.
Willingness to learn and become proficient in the specific areas of expertise within our firm, enabling effective communication of our unique value proposition.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Requirements:

Fluent English speaker – A must.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, Finance or a related field – Advantage.
At least two years of experience in B2B sales
Previous B2B Sales experience in the e-commerce sector, particularly with Amazon – Advantage.
Exceptional organizational skills, with an emphasis on order and punctuality.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and producing detailed sales reports for management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Residency in England or North America, with the ability to work in USA hours.
