Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is target-driven, requiring the acquisition of 10 sign-ups per day. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by promoting GNB Territory Insights to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Prospecting and Lead Generation:
– Identify and target potential clients within the real estate sector.
– Utilize various channels to engage with prospects.
2) Sales and Onboarding:
– Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of GNB Territory Insights.
– Achieve daily sign-up targets by converting prospects into clients.
– Assist new clients with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
3) Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Provide ongoing support and address any client inquiries or issues.
4) Market Analysis:
– Stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
– Identify opportunities for product improvements based on client feedback.
5) Reporting and Documentation:
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
– Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the real estate or technology sector.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
