Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive Team Leader who can coach and manage a team of SDRs.

Our Ideal Team Lead sets the bar high with their unique work ethic. They are not afraid of agents surpassing them but encourage them to do so instead. They will calmly face chaos, enthusiastically embrace change, and always adjust to whatever tough challenges lie ahead.

What’s expected from you:

-Lead our SDR team and help their members reach their highest levels of excellence.

-Be an agile problem solver and critical thinker. Create bigger solutions for big problems.

-Strategize with agents and the leadership team to determine improvement areas and optimize the campaign. Our team lead is not afraid of rolling up their sleeves and getting the job done first so their team can watch and learn.

-Weekly meetings with SDRs to go over reports, mentor, and set expectations.

-Track campaign needs and their sales goals to report on weekly and quarterly meetings.

-Our team lead is insightful and proactive. They communicate effectively with their teams and other departments, setting clear expectations and not afraid of asking for what’s needed to succeed.

-Play an active role in your job. While building reports and attending meetings is important, your main role is to remain visible and accessible to your team. Getting involved and working one-on-one with agents when needed is a TOP priority.

-Build strong relationships with all your team members. Retention plays a huge factor when it comes to campaign success. Build a positive environment where your team can grow. You are helping them build a career and you become their role model at all times. Being professional and responsible is imperative in your role.

Role requirements:

-Availability: 40 hours per week, EST hours. Available to work weekends if needed.
-English Skills: Native speaker or at least C1 proficiency.
-Equipment: Updated Laptop/desktop Windows 10, 4 GB RAM, at least i3 processor. Headset with microphone.
-Connectivity: Stable internet connection through LAN cable. At least 40mbps download, 20 Mbps upload.
-Workspace: This position is 100% remote! You can work from the comfort of your own home or anywhere in the world as long as you have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection.
-Experience: At least 3 yrs in a similar role with a strong background in Outbound Sales.
Call Center Management experience preferred.
