Key Responsibilities:
Language: Fluent English required.
Engage and Connect: Initiate conversations with potential customers in a friendly and non-intrusive manner to create a positive first impression.
Sales Conversion: Use your charm and persuasive skills to guide customers toward our products or services without being pushy. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful, ongoing relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business. Show genuine interest in their preferences and desires.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products and services to answer customer inquiries accurately and confidently.
Maintain Professionalism: Uphold a respectful and professional tone in all conversations, ensuring customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
Qualifications:
Exceptional written communication skills.
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Basic knowledge of customer relationship management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer support, or chat-based customer interaction.
