– Excellent English Proficiency: (Minimum level C1) – Exceptional written communication skills.
– Sales Skills: Experience in sales or a strong desire to develop sales skills through chat interactions.
– Customer Focus: Passion for delivering top-notch customer service and understanding client needs.
– Typing Speed: At least 55 words per minute for efficient chat management.
– Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with chat software, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
– Dependability: Strong time management skills and reliability.
– Emotional Intelligence: Ability to engage positively with clients, manage emotions, and understand others.
– Reliable Internet: A fast and stable internet connection (minimum Ping 20 ms) for seamless chat interactions.
