– Typing Speed: At least 55 words per minute for efficient chat management.
– Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with chat software, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
– Reliability: Strong time management skills and dependability.
– High Emotional Intelligence: Ability to engage positively with clients, managing emotions and understanding others.
– Stable Internet Connection: A fast and reliable internet connection (minimum Ping 20 ms) to ensure smooth chat interactions.
