Job Description

Phase Multimedia is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Closer with experience working with marketing agencies to join our team on an hourly basis, paid on a net 30 basis with commission opportunities available for team members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in closing sales deals within the marketing industry and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of marketing agency services, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the marketing agency sector through outbound sales efforts, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at marketing agencies, including owners, directors, and managers.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ goals, challenges, and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Present Phase Multimedia’s services and value proposition to prospects compellingly and persuasively, highlighting key benefits and differentiators.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both Phase Multimedia and the client.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client objectives.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management, including forecasts, projections, and revenue targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent Phase Multimedia at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our services.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in closing deals within the marketing agency sector.
• Strong understanding of marketing agency services, including website design, digital marketing, branding, and advertising.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience working in a sales role within a marketing agency or similar industry is highly desirable.
