What You’ll Do

As a Sales Closer, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process, engaging with potential clients and guiding them towards a successful partnership with our agency. Here’s what you can expect.

Standards

Meeting Attendance: Attend all meetings, unless you provide a minimum 24-hour notice of your unavailability.

Lead Engagement: If your calendar has open slots, proactively follow up with existing leads and diligently work your list.

Lead No-Shows: In case of a lead no-show, it’s your responsibility to exhaust all efforts to reschedule and get them back on the calendar.

Key Qualifications

Excellent English Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential for effective communication with clients.

Sales Experience and a Proven Track Record: Successfully closed deals, consistently exceeding sales targets and contributing to revenue growth. Utilized effective sales strategies and negotiation skills to secure high-value contracts.

Real Estate Knowledge: A strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing, will be a valuable asset in this role.

CRM Software Proficiency: Willingness and ability to use email and customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Slack.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required to manage various responsibilities effectively.
