About the Job:

As the demand for our smoke shop glass pipes and quartz nails continues to grow, we are expanding our inside sales force. You’ll be instrumental in reaching out to pre-qualified leads, nurturing relationships, and generating new business within your assigned region.
The Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be making sales calls from the comfort of your home. You’ll engage with potential clients, showcase our product offerings, and secure sales. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying and pursuing new leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales calls to sign up new clients and close deals.
Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts within the industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records and highly proficient in HubSpot CRM.
E-Mail marketing / bulk communication with our B2B leads and customers.
The Candidate:
We are seeking self-motivated individuals with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience in B2B cold calling or new business development.
Strong communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Comfortable making 50 – 100 calls per shift and following up with emails.
Highly proficient in HubSpot CRM.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in basic computer skills.
Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
