**Real Estate Sales/Closer Position – Job Requirements:**

We Get about 50 leads Daily That need to Be Closed $$$

1. **Clear English Speaker:** Must communicate in English / spanish clearly. ?????
2. **Headset and Computer:** Own a working and reliable headset and computer. ????????
3. **Internet Connection:** Ensure a stable WIRED internet connection. ?
4. **Electricity:** Work in an environment with stable electricity. ????
5. **Availability:** Willing to work 40 hours a week (M-F, weekends optional). ?
6. **Telemarketing Experience:** Prior experience in Real Estate telemarketing. ????
7. **Quiet Workspace:** Work in a noise-free environment. ????
8. **Instructions:** Ability to follow instructions clearly. ????
9. **Punctuality:** Consistently arrive on time for work. ??
10. **Script Usage:** Able to fully understand and use the provided script. ????
11. **Focus:** Minimize distractions and stay focused. ????????
12. **Wize Account:** Must have a working Wize account. ????
13. **Fast-Paced Environment:** Comfortable with a high outbound call volume. ????
14. **Language Skills:** Fluent in American English (Spanish if applicable). ????????????????
15. **Pay Structure:** Base salary of $4 USD per hour (45 hours/week) + $50 USD bonus per closed transaction. ????????
16. **Payment Method:** Payment sent via Wise. ????
17. **Pay Schedule:** Hourly pay every 2 weeks, bonuses upon deal closure. ????
18. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST (Mon-Fri) with a 30-minute lunch break. ?????
19. **Interest in Success:** Motivated to succeed and earn bonuses. ????????
