Sales Closer and Appointment Setter for Calls and Online Messaging

Salary: $200/month base

Commissions:
An additional $20 will be paid upon each successful SHOW UP to a phone call to our head closer
AND
Additional 10% commission per sale on successful phone or text closes you do yourself for $1k, $2k, $3k and $6k offers

Work Hours:
Shift 1: 9am to 9pm SGT Time (1 pax needed)
Shift 2: 9am to 9pm EST Time (1 pax needed)

Niche: High Ticket Coaching (Wealth/Business Opportunity Space)

Task(s):

On WhatsApp:
– Final screening: Engage with people who are ALREADY interested in what we are selling and qualify them for the next steps
– Scheduling calls: For qualified prospects, send them the scheduler link with our head closer, or rescheduling prospects if they do not show up
– Following up: Sending reminders to people who booked a call to show up (get paid for each show up), and following up with webinar registrations but did not buy (pitch sale over the phone to close)
– Reaching out to low ticket buyers: PM them for a breakthrough discovery session with you, and pitch them our coaching packages and close on the phone

On Phone calls:
Cold calling: Cold calling our pool of low-ticket buyers via phone and pitching them our coaching program

Job potential growth:
Become a sales closer alongside our head of closers – to earn % per sale per close. If you perform extremely well, to head a sales team in the future and take a % of all their sales.

Experience:
At least 1 year in phone sales closing AND appointment setting

Criteria:
Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
Excellent writing and communication skills
Must have a computer/smartphone
Must have experience in sales or appointment setting
Must be able to start immediately
Self-driven and hungry individual who’s commissions driven
