**Job Title: Full-Time Sales Closer – Real Estate Niche / High-Ticket Closer**

**Position Type:** Full-Time

**Base Pay:** $500 Per Month + Commission On Closed Deals (Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential)

We are an agency who works with online coaches and consultants. We are looking for a closer for one of our client’s who is a provider of premium coaching services in the real estate investing niche. Their tailored coaching programs and personalized approach have helped numerous individuals achieve success in their real estate investing endeavors.

**Role Description:**
As a Sales Closer, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process by engaging with potential clients who have expressed interest in our coaching programs. Your primary responsibility will be to guide leads through the sales journey, address their inquiries and objections, and ultimately close deals.

**Responsibilities:**
– Engage with potential leads via phone calls, sms, email, and other communication channels to discuss our coaching programs.
– Understand the unique needs and goals of each lead and tailor your pitch accordingly.
– Overcome objections and address concerns to effectively communicate the value of our coaching services.
– Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities (aka KPIs) in our CRM system.

**Additional Details:**
– We are looking for a closer to come in and help with an offer in the real estate education space.
– This is a proven coaching program with price points of: $997, $2,500, and $5,000.
– Booked calls come in weekly via VSL funnels, webinar funnels, and quarterly big events.
– You will be responsible for taking these calls, while also farming your own appointments in your down time.
– You must speak fluent English and have past closing experience.
– Must be willing and able to keep yourself accountable and be willing to be coachable.
