1:1 Sales Coach/ Assistant position available
A leader in the Identity Access Management (IAM) SaaS sector, is seeking a Personal Sales Coach well-versed in the MEDDPICC methodology to enhance our sales strategy and execution. This role is crucial for someone who can provide direct, one-on-one coaching and strategic advice, focusing on leveraging digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and SalesLoft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, with proven expertise in employing MEDDPICC principles, performing quarterly business reviews preparation, assisting with forecasting, and identifying prospects for sales engagement.
Aspects of the job:
Implement the MEDDPICC methodology in sales strategies and training, ensuring a deep understanding across the sales team.
Assist with the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), offering insights into performance and areas for improvement.
Provide light support with sales forecasting, helping to predict future sales and identify growth opportunities.
Guide the sales team in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo for prospecting and adding prospects to SalesLoft cadences.
Conduct research on top Fortune 500 companies to identify potential leads and strategies for engagement.
Send personalized LinkedIn messages to potential clients, leveraging existing connections and creating new opportunities.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer, or similar role with a focus on the SaaS industry.
In-depth knowledge and application of the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
Familiarity with digital sales tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and SalesLoft.
Experience with quarterly business reviews, sales forecasting, and prospect research.
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear, actionable coaching.
Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities within the Fortune 500 space.
