Position Overview:
Medical Staff Relief is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with potential clients. As a Sales Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by reaching out to healthcare facilities and introducing them to our staffing solutions.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in the healthcare industry to generate leads and set appointments.
Present and explain the services offered by Medical Staff Relief to prospective clients.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding the needs and requirements of potential clients.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the benefits of our services.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong phone presence and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuit of sales opportunities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
