Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Cold Calling Specialist to join our team at Dirt Detectives Cleaning Services. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales by scheduling appointments with potential commercial or residential clients through outbound cold calls. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proactive approach to driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound cold calls to residential/commercial leads generated through various sources, such as databases, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
2. Introduce Dirt Detectives Cleaning Services and effectively communicate the benefits of our cleaning solutions to potential clients.
3. Qualify leads by understanding their cleaning needs, budget constraints, and scheduling preferences.
4. Schedule appointments to provide estimates for cleaning services.
5. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and facilitate the conversion of prospects into clients.
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to tailor sales pitches effectively.

Qualifications:
•Have a neutral accent.
•High quality mic with zero background noise.
•Strong internet connection and reliable computer.
• Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
• Persuasive demeanor and ability to effectively convey the value proposition of Dirt Detectives Cleaning Services.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
