Job Overview:
As a Sales Consultant at Dominion Group Au, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients within the Australian healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand the Australian healthcare industry’s landscape, trends, and competitive dynamics. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging opportunities.
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Consultative Selling: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals. Provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Dominion Group Au’s healthcare solutions and services, including software, equipment, and consulting services. Be able to articulate the value proposition to clients effectively.
Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase the benefits of our healthcare solutions.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring win-win agreements that meet both client and company objectives.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress toward targets to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide insights and feedback from the field, contributing to product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Good internet and Work Computer
Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of the Australian healthcare sector, including regulations and trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets.
Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
