Job Title: Sales Consultant

Location: Remote Online Position

Work hours: will be 9 am to 5 pm Melbourne/Sydney time Australia (either 7 am to 3 pm or 6 am to 2 pm Philippines time, depending on daylight savings).

Knowledge of Australian Immigration Law is not required for this role, training and email templates will be provided.

The Position

• Permanent full-time (38 hours/week).

• Work from home (team collaboration via Microsoft Teams).

Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant will play a pivotal role within Migration Unity, serving as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role involves setting appointments for our registered migration agents, ensuring a seamless and efficient line of communication between clients and our agency. The successful candidate will embody our values of professionalism and unity, aiding in the smooth progression of migration procedures by facilitating timely consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:

• Contact potential clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media to set up appointments.

• Develop a keen understanding of Migration Unity’s services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

2. Appointment Scheduling and Follow-Up:

• Manage, organize, and schedule appointments proficiently using our CRM system ActiveCampaign.

• Develop and implement strategies for effective follow-up with clients to secure appointments and nurture potential leads.

3. Inbound Leads Management:

• Handle inbound leads proficiently, ensuring that each potential client is treated with professionalism and empathy.

• Strategize and improve on inbound lead handling systems.

4. Email Templates Management:

• Manage and update email templates to ensure consistent and professional communication with clients.

• Create and post email campaigns with any updates.

5. Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the team to develop new strategies to improve appointment setting processes and enhance client engagement.

• Continuously assess the effectiveness of strategies implemented and adjust accordingly for optimal results.

6. Record Maintenance:

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, including capturing vital information and necessary follow-ups.

• Regularly update the database to reflect the most current status of appointments and client details.

7. Feedback Collection and Implementation:

• Gather feedback from clients to facilitate the refinement of services and client experiences.

• Act on feedback effectively to implement necessary changes in collaboration with the team.

8. Team Collaboration:

• Foster a collaborative environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing insights for improvements.

• Work closely with other team members to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Educational Background:

• Preferred, a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field, with a background in customer service, sales or administration being a significant asset.

2. Experience:

• Proven experience in customer service, sales or administrative roles, preferably within the migration, legal, or a similar sector but not mandatory. You will not be providing immigration advice, just setting appointments.

3. Skills:

• Exceptional communication and persuasive conversational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, along with adeptness in managing email marketing platforms.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Compensation:

A lucrative remuneration based on performance-based incentives awaits the successful candidate. PHP 500 per lead converted to a scheduled video consultation. We are currently doing an average of 60 to 80 per month (PHP 30,000 to PHP 40,000 per month). This will increase as the business grows, resulting in even higher remuneration over time.
A good appointment setter has no limits with this role and can easily earn above PHP 50,000!
