**Job Description:**

As a Sales Representative at Spick & Span Space, you will be the face of our company, connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored cleaning solutions. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help us grow our client base and expand our team of full-time cleaners.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Generate new leads through organic traffic, and referrals on line.
– Conduct on the phone consultations with potential clients to present our services and close sales.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
– Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
– Regularly update the owner on sales activities and progress towards goals.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven track record in sales, preferably in a service-based industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build rapport quickly and connect with a diverse range of people.
– Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
– Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and client interactions.
– Familiarity with the Oakaville, ON market is a plus.
