Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative with SDR (Sales Development
Representative) experience to join our community. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth by
leveraging our existing database of leads and converting them into clients, and then moving on to other Lead
Generation activities. The Sales Representative will serve as a setter, taking leads through the
entire sales process and nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
• Utilize our existing database of leads to identify potential clients who have expressed interest in our
VA services.
• Conduct research to gather additional information on leads and their specific needs.
• Reach out to leads through various channels (email, phone, social media) to initiate conversations
and assess their suitability as potential clients.
• Conduct thorough qualification of leads, asking relevant questions to understand their requirements
and budget.
• Utilize our existing database.
• Build a list of potential clients/leads that need to be evaluated or contacted.

Sales Engagement and Relationship Building:
• Engage with qualified leads to understand their pain points and showcase the value of our VA
services.
• Present and explain our service offerings, demonstrating a clear understanding of how our VAs can
address the client’s needs.
• Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with potential clients, acting as their main point
of contact throughout the sales process.
• Address any questions or concerns raised by leads, providing accurate information and appropriate
solutions.
• Regularly follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales pipeline.

Sales Closing:
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to close deals and convert leads into clients.
• Present pricing, negotiate contract terms, and handle objections to secure successful sales
agreements.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to client
onboarding.

Required Education, Technical Capabilities and other Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, with SDR experience.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to effectively move leads through the
pipeline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with
potential clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track leads effectively.
• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of the virtual assistant industry and an understanding of client needs in this space is
a plus
