We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Lead Generation to join our team. The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, prospecting, researching, and managing leads through the sales pipeline and will serve as a setter, taking leads through the entire sales process from the initial meeting booked until the client signed.

Responsibilities
Identify Potential Clients: Research and identify potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

Initiate Contact: Reach out to potential clients through various channels such as email, phone, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations and book meetings for an Account Executive to close.

Qualify Leads: Conduct thorough qualification of leads by asking relevant questions to understand their requirements and budget. Determine their suitability as potential clients.

Educate Prospects: Engage with qualified leads to understand their needs, address their concerns, and showcase the value of our services.

Present Service Offerings: Clearly explain our service offerings, demonstrating how we can address their needs and add value.

Manage Leads: Oversee leads through the sales pipeline, including setting appointments, tracking progress towards sales goals, and regularly following up to maintain engagement.

Build Relationships: Develop rapport and long-term relationships with potential clients, acting as their main point of contact throughout the sales process.

Conduct Research: Research to gather additional information on leads and their specific needs.

Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads for further consultation and closing.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and product/service updates to effectively address leads’ queries and concerns.

Proven experience as a Sales representative or Lead Gen associate

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
