As a Sales Coordinator, you will be instrumental in addressing several challenges that hinder our sales team’s success:

Maximizing Show Up Rates: Show up rates play a pivotal role in determining the revenue generated by our sales team. By effectively coordinating with prospects and ensuring a smooth appointment scheduling process, you will contribute to increasing the show up rates and, in turn, boost overall revenue.

Eliminating Unqualified Prospects: Time is a valuable resource, and we understand that unqualified prospects can take up precious room on our sales team’s calendar. Your expertise in identifying qualified leads and efficiently filtering out unqualified prospects will help save time and prevent opportunity costs.

Improving Calendar Efficiency: We believe that calendar efficiency is crucial in evaluating our sales team’s performance. By defining and measuring the number of qualified conversations compared to total sales call available time slots, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Supporting Remote Sales Teams: Remote sales teams often face unique challenges, and we recognize that poor calendar efficiency can be a significant issue in this context. As a Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with our remote sales team members, providing them with the necessary support and tools to overcome these challenges and excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with the sales team to understand the target audience and ideal customer profile to identify qualified leads effectively.
-Proactively reach out to potential prospects to schedule sales appointments and ensure a steady flow of qualified conversations.
-Conduct thorough pre-qualification assessments to ensure that prospects align with our product/service offerings and have genuine interest and potential for conversion.
-Manage and maintain the sales team’s calendar, optimizing time slots to maximize availability for qualified prospects.
Coordinate with prospects to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information or materials to enhance the sales process.
-Work closely with the sales team to provide them with timely reminders, updates, and necessary documentation to ensure seamless sales appointments.
-Continuously monitor and analyze calendar efficiency metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.

Requirements:

**Fluent in English comprehension**
Highly DETAIL ORIENTED…THIS IS A MUST for this position
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with prospects and internal teams.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus.
Self-motivated and proactive with a keen eye for detail.
Experience working with remote teams is advantageous.
